Mansrover is a pretty well-known part of Jaipur, it's one of those huge residential and commercial hubs where you can find almost anything. Our spot on Patel Marg is usually busy with people and scooters zooming past. The office itself is quite plain. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or leather chairs. It’s just a place where we sit and handle the pipe business. Jaipur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we have the desert coolers running most of the time. They make a lot of noise, but you get used to it. We don't talk much about visions or missions here. We just talk about schedules, deliveries, and pipe specifications. It’s practical work. Sometimes customers come in and we sit and have a glass of water while we discuss the details of an order. We’ve been on this street for a while, and the other shop owners nearby are all familiar faces. It’s a local way of doing things. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because it doesn't really fit who we are. We are just a small team in Jaipur doing our best to keep things on track every day. There is always a lot of work to finish.
