You can find Jay Shree Krishna Properties over in Vidhyadhar Nagar. We're located at 22/B-14 in the Vidyadhar Enclave II, which isn't too far from the Central Spine area. Our office is tucked away a bit, so it's usually quiet enough to get some real work done. We started this because there seemed to be a lot of confusion whenever someone wanted to buy or rent a place around here. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. We don't have a huge team or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered with maps of the local blocks and some old calendars. We spend a lot of our time walking through the different sectors of Vidhyadhar Nagar. It’s good to see how things are changing. Some days are just spent sitting at the desk waiting for a client to show up for a viewing. We keep a lot of keys in a drawer and try to stay organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up when it gets busy. It’s a local operation, plain and simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure people know what they are getting into when they look at a property. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. If the door is locked, we're probably just out showing a house or grabbing a quick bite. That's just how the property business works for us.
