JAIVIK CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATELIMITED

Jaivik Construction is a small operation we run out of P No D 5 in Balaji Vihar. Being an OPC means it is mostly just one person making the big calls, but we have a few local laborers we call when a new job starts. Jaipur is growing so fast these days that there is always something to build or fix. You can find us in the office most mornings before we head out to the sites to check on the progress. We don't use big words or try to act like a giant corporation. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who see our trucks and ask for a quote. Sometimes the traffic in Jaipur makes it hard to get the bricks delivered on time, but we deal with it. Our space in Balaji Vihar is simple. We keep the ledgers and some basic tools there. We spend most of the day in the sun, making sure the walls are going up right and the cement is mixed correctly. It gets tiring when the summer hits, but the work has to get done. We focus on finishing what we started before moving to the next house. If the roof is leaking or someone needs a new room added, we show up and do the labor. It is just plain construction work without any of the extra drama you see elsewhere.
