JAINA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based at A-8 in Basant Vihar, Gird. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s a relatively quiet part of town, which is nice when we need to sit down and figure out complicated project plans. Our office is pretty basic, just some desks and a few old cabinets for all the files we’ve collected over the years. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big display window. Most people who come to see us are already familiar with the work we do. We don’t really use marketing slogans or try to sound like a big corporate entity. We’re just a small team of developers who know how to get a job done. Some days we’re out at sites all day, and the office stays locked up until we get back. We handle everything from the initial planning to the final stages of building. It’s a lot of work and it can be stressful when things don’t go perfectly, but that’s just how the industry is. We’ve seen the Gird area grow and change, and we like being a part of that process. We don’t make a lot of big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and we do our best to finish it properly. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we plan to keep doing it this way.
