You can find Jain Tools & Tools over at A-19 M I Road. We are in the Meera Ji Ka Bagh section, right across from the Jalupura Thana. It is a very prominent spot on one of the busiest roads in the city. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of tools and hardware items. If you walk inside, you’ll see shelves full of metal pieces, hammers, wrenches, and things you might not even know the name of. It is a bit of a maze in here, but we know where everything is kept. We have been on M I Road for years and we’ve seen the street change quite a bit over time. The traffic is always heavy and the police station across the way keeps things interesting. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. Most of our customers are people who know exactly what tool they are looking for. We spend a lot of time counting stock and helping people figure out which size bolt or screw they need. It is a lot of standing on our feet and moving heavy boxes around. We have a small staff who helps out with the lifting and the selling. We don't do much in the way of promotion; the location on M I Road does most of that work for us. We just keep the doors open and the shelves stocked.
