Jai Bhole Infra Llp operates out of Ward No. 43, right in the middle of Bala Bai Ka Bazar. If you know the bazar, you know it’s always crowded and noisy. We like being in the thick of it. The office is small but it serves its purpose for the infrastructure work we handle. We spend a lot of time out on the roads or at different sites, but this is the home base. In the mornings, it’s a bit of a scramble getting everything organized before the market gets too packed. We have a few computers and a lot of ledgers. It’s not a corporate environment. We talk to each other plainly and get the job done. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall next door while we discuss the day’s plan. The bazar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We handle the technical side of infra projects, making sure the measurements are okay and the materials are there. It can be stressful when things don't go to plan, but that's just the nature of the work. People in Ward 43 know us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just have our office in the bazar and our tools. There’s a small temple nearby, and you can hear the prayers in the morning. It’s a nice way to start the workday.
