We started Jai Baba Tadkeshwar Colonizors Developers a while ago here in Jawahar Nagar. Our office is located right at S No 15. We handle land stuff and building things around this specific area. It is mostly about getting plots ready and showing people where they can eventually build their homes. We spend most of our days out on the actual sites or just sitting here in the office talking to neighbors who are looking for a bit of land to call their own. It is not fancy work, just honest and straightforward. People come by Jawahar Nagar often to see what is available in the market. We know the streets around here very well since we have been at S No 15 for quite a bit. It is busy some days and very quiet on others. We just do the colonizing and developing work as it comes to us. Sometimes the weather makes the outdoor things go a bit slow, but we keep at it regardless. If someone is looking for a place in this part of town, they usually end up finding us through someone else. We do not do big advertisements or anything like that. It is just word of mouth mostly. My family has been around this area for a long time, and we just liked the idea of helping the neighborhood grow. It is a lot of paperwork and looking at old maps, but it is what we do every day. We are usually here if anyone needs to ask about a spot.
