Rekha Creations

Rekha Creations is located at No. 70 in Mayur Vihar Colony. It’s right off the Agra By Pass Road, so it is easy to get to if you know the area. We do a lot of creative work here, mostly involving fabrics and different designs. It’s not a massive factory, just a decent-sized space where we keep our sewing machines and work tables. There are usually scraps of thread and cloth all over the place by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy showroom. People just come in and see what we are currently working on. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. Sometimes it gets a little disorganized when we have too many orders at once. We don't mind it much. My family and a couple of helpers are usually here from early morning. We listen to the radio and just get on with the sewing and cutting. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main road, which is nice. We get our supplies from the local markets and try to keep things moving. We aren't big on social media or anything like that. Most people find us because a friend told them where we are. It’s just a regular workshop where we make things we like. It’s been our routine for a long time now and we are happy with how things are going. It’s just us doing what we know.
