J M Marketing is based out of a house in Jhotwara, specifically House No-3 in Saharanagar D. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office block. Saharanagar D is a part of Jhotwara that has its own pace. We’ve been operating from this house for some time now. It’s not a big commercial building with glass windows, just a regular home that we’ve converted for our marketing work. You walk in and it looks like an office inside, with desks and computers and stacks of papers everywhere. We like being in a house because it’s quieter than being right on the main Jhotwara Road. There’s a bit of a neighborhood feel to it, and you get to know the people living on the street. Sometimes there are kids playing outside or neighbors chatting, which is a nice change from a cold industrial area. Our address is House No-3, and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space you get in a residential house. We aren’t trying to be some giant agency; we just handle our marketing tasks from here every day. It’s practical and it keeps our overheads low, which is important for a small business. People who come to see us usually find it easy enough once they get into the Saharanagar D lanes. It’s just a normal place where we work.
