We run J K Water Suppliers over in the Bais Godam area, specifically around Hawa Sarak. It’s a place that sees a lot of action, especially with all the transport and industrial stuff going on nearby. Our main thing is getting water to people who need it. We have the tankers and the drivers, and we spend most of our time coordinating where everyone needs to go. Hawa Sarak can be a bit of a nightmare for traffic, so we spend a lot of time staring at the back of other trucks. It’s a very basic business. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning; we’re mostly out in the yard or on the road. The phone rings a lot, usually people wanting a delivery right away because they’ve run dry. We do our best to get there, but sometimes the traffic or a mechanical issue slows us down. That’s just the reality of working in this part of Jaipur. We’ve been doing this for long enough to know the shortcuts and the best times to move. The guys here work hard, often starting early before the sun gets too high. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the people who rely on us get their water when they expect it. It’s dusty, tiring work, but it’s what we do. We’ve become a familiar sight around Bais Godam with our trucks moving back and forth all day. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
