Ion Exchange Ltd

Our place is at 205 Agra Road, right near Sanganeri Gate. Ion Exchange Ltd works out of this spot, dealing with water treatment and filter systems. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. We spend a lot of our time looking at water quality reports and figuring out what kind of equipment fits best for a specific site. The building is an older one, but it serves us well for storing the resins and the spare parts. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in the industry long enough that we don't need to look at the manuals much anymore. It's not flashy work. We're usually covered in a bit of grit or dealing with heavy tanks. We keep a stack of old files in the corner that probably needs sorting, but we're usually too busy with the current jobs. People stop by the Sanganeri Gate area to ask about filters or to get their systems looked at. We just tell them what we think will work. We aren't interested in selling things people don't actually need. It’s just about getting the water right. The kettle is usually on if you happen to drop by. We’ve been at this address for a while and plan to stay for much longer. It's a solid, honest way to make a living.
