Indigo Airlines

We are over in Ranjeet Nagar, Bharatpur. It’s a smaller setup here for Indigo Airlines, mostly dealing with the local side of things. Most people in town know the Ranjeet Nagar area, and we’ve settled into this office quite well. We aren't at an airport runway here; it’s more about the administration and helping folks with their travel plans or questions. The office is usually busy in the mornings when people are trying to get things sorted before their day really starts. We have a few computers and a lot of paper that seems to multiply every night. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and chairs and a map on the wall. We spend a lot of time talking to people from the area. Bharatpur is a good place to be, and we like that we can work here without the chaos of a major city office. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up chatting with the people who come in while we wait for screens to load. We don't use a lot of fancy talk. We just tell people what they need to know about their flights or their bags. It’s a practical way to run things. We make sure everyone gets an answer, even if it takes a little while to find the right file in the cabinet. We have a small window that looks out onto the street where we watch the bikes go by.
