We operate out of house number 12 in Mhant Colony, over in the Khatipura area. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most days, tucked away from the main city traffic. We spend our time putting together trips for people who want to see different parts of the country. It’s not a big fancy office, just a room where we sit with maps and schedules on the wall. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. People ask about trains, cars, and where they should stay. We try to give them the facts without making things sound better than they actually are. It’s a lot of logistical work, to be honest. We have lived around here for a long time, so we know the local spots and the roads pretty well. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with brochures and handwritten notes piled up on the desks. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the house number carefully. It’s a family-run kind of thing for the most part. We like talking to travelers and hearing their stories after they come back from their journeys. Every trip is a bit different. We just try to make sure the drivers show up and the hotels are actually there. It’s straightforward work. We drink a lot of tea while we plan things out and wait for the next person to call us with questions.
