Hridyanshi Buildtech (Opc) Private Limited is over on Jagatpura Road 15. Shiv Shakti Nagar-B is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice when we’re trying to focus. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller operation, mostly just a couple of us handling everything from the paperwork to the site visits. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on how the walls are going up at different spots. Jagatpura is developing fast, so there are always new houses and shops appearing. Our office is just a small room where we keep the computer and the files. It’s not some big glass building. We usually have the door open to get some air during the day. People stop by to ask about plots or how much a boundary wall costs. It’s very much a local thing. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. Most of what we do is just through word of mouth and people seeing our name on a board at a construction site. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes things difficult for the trucks and the delivery of materials. We just deal with those things as they happen. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning till late evening. We enjoy being in Shiv Shakti Nagar.
