We operate out of Murlipura in the Shankar Vihar Extension. The office is located at 21-A, quite close to Rameshvar Dham. Because it is a residential neighborhood, things are usually quieter than the main markets. Our space is just a small room with a desk and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips. Much of the day is spent on the phone checking with drivers or looking at road conditions. We have lived and worked in this area for several years and watched it grow. Our fleet isn't hundreds of cars, just a few that we look after ourselves. Sometimes you’ll see us out in the driveway with a wrench trying to get a car ready for the next day. It is not a polished business with a receptionist at the front. Usually, it is just one of us with a notebook and a mobile phone handling everything. We take care of bookings for families going on a pilgrimage or visiting relatives in other towns. We know the routes around here very well from driving them so many times. People come to us because they know where we are and can just drop by for a chat. No complicated booking systems are used here; we just write it all down and make sure the driver shows up. It is a simple way of doing things, and it works for us and our neighbors.
