Our office is tucked away at 4F-25 in the Mahima'S Triniti building over in Bagaru. It’s a modern enough building, which is nice because the elevators actually work most of the time. Inside, it’s mostly just a few computers, some maps pinned to the walls, and a lot of ringing phones. We spend the bulk of our time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get people from one place to another. It involves a lot of waiting on hold and typing out emails. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit there staring at the screens for a bit. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. There’s a small table for guests and a water cooler in the corner. We usually have our lunch at our desks while we talk about where we’d like to travel ourselves if we ever had the time. The building gets pretty busy during the middle of the day with people from the other offices coming and going. We’ve got a drawer full of brochures that we keep meaning to organize better, but new ones keep showing up. It’s just us trying to keep all the details straight so nothing goes wrong with someone's trip. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know the shortcuts. Most days are just about managing the tiny details that nobody else really sees.
