Hemsingh Buildcon Private Limited is located at House No. 700 in the MIG section of the New Housing Board Colony. Operating out of a residential colony gives the business a very different feel than being in a commercial hub. It’s quiet here, except for the usual sounds of a neighborhood. We use one of the rooms as our main office where we keep the computer and all the project documents. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have to bring in samples of tiles or bricks, but we manage to keep it organized. Living and working in the New Housing Board Colony means we see our clients at the local market or while out for a walk. There’s no hiding from the work we do, which keeps us honest. We don't have a big sign outside or a glass storefront. Most of our business comes from people who know us or have seen our work nearby. The daily routine involves a lot of driving back and forth between the colony and various construction sites. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours discussing the best way to handle a tricky corner or a plumbing issue. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep working in the community we live in.
