Hari Properties

Our office is located at 263/968 Pratap Nagar Sector 26, specifically in the Gandhi Kutir area. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you get here, it is a pretty relaxed spot. Hari Properties is a local outfit. We don't have a bunch of agents in suits running around. It is just a few of us who know Sector 26 like our own backyard. We spend our days answering the phone and showing people around the different blocks. Gandhi Kutir has a nice feel to it, and we like being part of this community. When someone wants to buy a house or rent a small shop, they usually come to us because we have been here a while. We don't use any high-pressure tactics because that just isn't our style. If you like a place, that’s great, and if you don't, we look for something else tomorrow. The office has a few old chairs and a fan that clicks a bit, but it is comfortable enough for a chat. We know which parts of the sector have the best parks and where the market is a bit too noisy. Dealing with property takes a lot of patience and a lot of walking, but we are used to it by now. We just take things one day at a time and try to be useful to whoever walks through the door.
