Hanu Raj Travels

We run Hanu Raj Travels from a small office at A-28/3 on Ugam Path in Bani Park. It is a nice enough street, usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We spend most of our time on the phone or managing the drivers. There is a lot of coordination involved with travel, as things rarely go exactly to plan. Someone is always calling about a delay or a change in schedule. Our office has a couple of desks, some maps pinned up, and a lot of logbooks. We do not have a waiting lounge or anything like that. Usually, people just call us up or stop by to drop off a payment. We have been in the travel business for a while now. We know the routes and the shortcuts around the city. It is a lot of early mornings and late nights because people travel at all hours. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the keys and papers, but we manage. We keep a few chairs for when clients come in to discuss longer trips. The neighborhood is mostly houses and other small offices. It is a good spot because it is central. We do not bother with much advertising. Most of our work comes from regulars who have been using us for years. It is just about keeping the cars moving and making sure the drivers know where they are going. It is a busy way to make a living for all of us here.
