Hans Skyline Construction Privatelimited is based out of Sukh Vilas Colony, specifically at 8256/D 81. It’s a regular neighborhood, and our office is right there in the middle of things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various sites around the area. Construction is one of those jobs where you never really know what the day will bring until you’re actually out there. Some days the weather is good and everything moves fast, and other days we’re just stuck waiting on supplies or dealing with minor hiccups that pop up. We aren't a huge outfit with hundreds of people, just a local team trying to do things right. It gets a bit dusty around the office sometimes because of all the files and maps we keep lying around. Living and working in Sukh Vilas Colony means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We’ve been around for a bit now, and the name on the door is what people see when they walk by. It’s not about being fancy or having a big lobby. We just have our desks and our equipment and we get to work every morning. Sometimes the tea is cold and the printer jams, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation like this. We handle the building side of things and try to keep our heads down and stay busy. The colony is usually quiet enough for us to focus.
