Our small office is located at Flat No. 148, G 2 in Mahadev Nagar. Being in Jagatpura, we see how much this area is changing every day. Haizel Real Estate Developers Llp is just a small group of us trying to help people find their way in the property market. It is a lot of paperwork, walking through unfinished buildings, and talking to people about what they can actually afford. We don't have a big staff, so we end up doing everything ourselves, from the site visits to the late-night emails. The office is basically an apartment, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed, but we are still working hard. Jagatpura is a busy place now, and it can be hard to keep up with all the new developments popping up everywhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with banks and lawyers, which isn't the fun part of the job, but it has to be done. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just show the properties, explain the costs, and let people decide for themselves. It is a lot of running around and dealing with small details that most people don't even think about. We just try to keep it simple and stay focused on the work at hand. Some days are longer than others.
