Started working out of this spot at E 84 in Nirman Nagar a few years back. It’s a decent area for what we do at H S Developers. Most mornings start with unlocking the front door and getting the fan going because it gets a bit stuffy overnight. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some old chairs, and piles of blueprints everywhere. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of the local area. Nirman Nagar is always busy, people moving about, new houses being built on every other street. You can hear the construction noise from our window sometimes. It’s just us here, a small group trying to keep things moving. We handle the usual development stuff, talking to workers, checking on materials, and making sure the plans make sense. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the paperwork. Sometimes clients come in and we just sit around the main table to figure things out. No fancy presentations or anything like that, just pens and paper. The files are stacked up in the corner, some of them are getting a bit dusty now. We like being in this part of town. It feels right for a business like ours. We’ve got the address E 84 painted on the gate so people don't miss us. It's a straightforward life, just doing the work day after day.
