Guru Tours & Travels

Our office is up on the fifth floor, Flat 501 in Pratap Enclave. We are right near the S B B J Bank here in Bagaru. It’s a quiet building most of the time, which is good for when we’re trying to plan out complicated trips for people. Guru Tours & Travels isn’t a massive operation. It’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks with the windows open to catch a breeze. We handle a lot of different things, like booking cars or sorting out family trips to various places. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs and getting a bit of a workout. We don’t have a big storefront on the street, so most people find us by word of mouth or by looking for the bank first. We spend our time checking prices and making sure the drivers we use are reliable. It’s practical work. We’ve lived in Bagaru for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the places that aren't worth visiting. We just tell people the truth about what to expect on their travels. It’s a simple business run out of a flat. We keep the paperwork in folders and try to stay on top of the messy desk. It's nothing special to look at, but it's where we work every day of the week with our maps and phones.
