Gulab Chand Trends Private Limited is situated at H-137 in the ARIICO Industrial Area. Being in an industrial area means there is a lot of noise and dust and big trucks moving around all the time. It isn't the prettiest place to work but it is practical for what we do. We have a lot of space here for our machines and the materials we use every day. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of dye and fabric but you stop noticing it after an hour or so. We have been here for a while and we know most of the other people working in the nearby units. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes to the door one of us just stops what we are doing to see what they need. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure things are being made okay. Sometimes the heat in the sheds gets to be a bit much but we have big coolers that help a little bit. We are just a group of people trying to keep things running. There is always something that needs fixing or an order that needs to be hurried along. It is busy and loud but we just keep at it day after day. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a place that does its work.
