Green Field Land Developers

Green Field Land Developers is located over at Pink Turban, number 15 in Uniara Garden. We are right by the Mooti Doongri Circle in Tilak Nagar. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with traffic, but our office is tucked in a decent spot. We deal with land, mostly just buying and selling or helping people figure out what to do with a plot they own. It’s not always easy work because land rules change and there is always a lot of walking around outside to look at boundaries. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years. Some people come in looking for a small patch and others want something much bigger for their families. We just sit down, show them the maps we have, and talk through the options. There is no flashy presentation or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers piled up. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We try to be clear about what is available and what isn't. Tilak Nagar is a good place to be based, and being near the circle makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about land stuff. It’s just a regular local business we run.
