Green Communication

Green Communication is located at Jalupura 5, which is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the big main markets. I like it here because I can actually hear myself think most of the time. The shop is painted a light shade of blue, not green, which sometimes confuses people, but that was just the color the previous owner used. I handle everything from selling new SIM cards to helping the older folks figure out how to use their smartphones. They often come in because they accidentally turned off their volume or deleted an app they needed. It’s nice to be able to help them out. The shop has one big window that lets in the afternoon sun, which makes it a bit hot but it saves on the electricity bill. I keep a small stash of snacks in the drawer because I often forget to go out for a proper lunch. There’s a cat that hangs around the entrance sometimes, and I give it a bit of milk now and then. Business is mostly people from the surrounding houses who have known me for years. We don’t have any fancy computer systems for tracking things; I just use a thick notebook and a ballpoint pen. It’s a basic way of doing things but it has worked for me for a long time now without any trouble.
