Aditya Telelink

If you climb up to the first floor on M I Road, you’ll find us at Aditya Telelink. It’s a busy street down there, always loud with horns and people walking. Up here it is a little quieter, but not much. We’ve been handling phones and connections for a long time. People come in mostly because they forgot a password or they need a new SIM card. We have a small glass counter and a few stools for people to wait. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. We don't have a lot of space for extra stuff. There are cables and chargers hanging on the walls. It’s just a normal shop. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for customers. M I Road is a good place to be, even if parking is a total nightmare for everyone. We see a lot of tourists wandering around looking for directions too. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights. It’s just a couple of us working through the day. Sometimes we stay open late if someone has an emergency with their phone. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just our daily routine. The stairs can be a bit steep, so some of the older folks take their time coming up. We keep a jug of water for anyone who is thirsty. It gets stuffy in the afternoons but we open the windows.
