A One Mobile Point

A One Mobile Point is situated at Sirsi Road, specifically in Mangal Nagar 91. It is a straightforward kind of shop. We don’t have any fancy decorations or soft lighting. It’s just a place where you can get your phone looked at or pick up a new cable if yours broke. The street outside is usually busy with people going to work or heading home. We see a lot of the same faces every day. The shop itself has some older wooden counters and a few racks for the accessories. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the door wide open. People stop in because they know we are here in Mangal Nagar. We handle things like battery replacements and software updates that people find confusing. It’s not a large operation, just a couple of us working behind the counter. We keep a record of everything in a thick notebook because it’s easier than using a computer for every little thing. Sometimes the deliveries for new stock are late, and we just have to wait. There’s no point in stressing over it. We have some basic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for a repair. It’s a regular part of the neighborhood. We’ve been at number 91 for a long time, so we are part of the local routine for many. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us and we enjoy being here.
