We are located in Ashok Vihar over in the Jhotwara area. If you can find the petrol pump nearby, we are situated just right behind it. It is a bit of a quiet corner compared to the noise of the main road. We sell all sorts of different household items and even some basic electronics. It is a real mix of things, to be honest. We started out quite small and just kept adding more stock as our customers asked for different things. The shop itself isn't very large, so we have to stack the boxes pretty high towards the ceiling. You have to be a bit careful when you are walking through the narrow aisles. We don't have a big team of people working here. Usually, it is just one or two of us at the counter. We open up the shutters in the morning and we usually stay until the very last customer decides to leave. It is a proper neighborhood place. People often stop by just to see what new items we have or to ask about a price. We don't have fancy printed price tags on every single thing. We just remember what the items cost. Sometimes we might give a small discount if a neighbor is buying several things. It’s a simple way to run a small shop and we have been in Jhotwara for a long time now.
