Govind Properties

Govind Properties is right here on Digi Road, very close to the Pardiya Hospital near Ajmeri Gate. It’s a very central spot, so we see a lot of people walking by every day. The hospital brings a lot of traffic, and that means we get plenty of folks asking about rooms or small apartments nearby. We have been operating from this little office for a while now. It isn’t much to look at, just a desk and a few cupboards for our records, but it gets the job done. We deal with all sorts of properties around the gate area and further down Digi Road. We spend our time listing houses for rent or helping someone sell their old place. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and walking around to show people different rooms. We don’t have a fancy website or anything. Most of our work comes from people just dropping in because they saw our board while they were visiting the hospital or heading into the market. We know the streets around Ajmeri Gate like the back of our hand. If a house is empty, we usually hear about it pretty fast. We just try to match people up with what they are looking for without making it too complicated. It’s basic work but it keeps us moving from one day to the next. Sometimes we stay late when someone needs to see a place after work.
