Golcha Trade Centre

Everyone knows the Golcha Cinema on M I Road, and that’s basically where we are. Being part of the Golcha Trade Centre means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s a landmark area, but for us, it’s just the place where we come to work. The building has that old-school feel that you don't really find in the new malls. We’ve got our space here, and it’s usually filled with the sounds of the city. M I Road is always moving. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking, which is a common complaint we hear from everyone. Inside our unit, things are a bit more quiet. We keep our records in old folders and use a desk that’s been around since the business started. It’s not about having the latest furniture. It’s about being reliable. We see the movie crowds come and go, and sometimes we catch the smell of popcorn from the cinema side. Our routine doesn't change much. We open up, check the mail, and get to whatever tasks are on the list for the day. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people trying to do a good job in a famous part of town. We like the familiarity of it. You get to know the other shopkeepers and the guards who have been here forever. It feels like a small community inside a big building.
