Gk India Tours is located at Jhotwara New Colony 1. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. The office is basically just a room with a couple of desks and a lot of charging cables for our phones. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure they know where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't a big company with a marketing department; we're just local people who know the roads around here. Most of our clients come to us because they live nearby or someone told them we were reliable. We don't use fancy software or anything like that, just some spreadsheets and a lot of phone calls. Living and working in Jhotwara means we know the shortcuts and which times of day to avoid certain intersections. It’s a simple setup we have here at New Colony 1. We start early and sometimes stay late if a client is stuck somewhere or needs a last-minute change. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we do. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weather while we wait for confirmations to come through. It’s just a small local business trying to do things right without making a big deal out of it. We like it that way.
