We’ve been set up here in Khandewat for a bit now, right in the Rajputo Ka Mohalla area of Tonk. Prabhu Singh’s place is where we mostly handle the paperwork and meetings. It’s a quiet village setting, which is how we like it. Building things around Niwai means dealing with the dust and the Rajasthan sun, but that is just part of the daily routine for us. We mostly deal with local construction projects, trying to keep things steady. It isn’t some big city office with fancy chairs and glass walls. It’s just us working through whatever projects come our way. People around here know where to find us if they need something built or fixed up. Sometimes things get a bit busy and the yard is full of materials, other times it’s quieter and we just sit. We try to keep our tools organized, though that’s easier said than done most days when things are moving fast. The village life suits the way we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Word usually travels by mouth in this part of Rajasthan anyway. If a neighbor needs help with a build, they just walk over and ask for us. That is how things have always been done in Khandewat. We focus on the actual work, making sure walls are straight and the materials are decent enough for the weather we get here. It's practical stuff, nothing too flashy or complicated. We just keep our heads down and get the building tech side of things sorted.
