Gav Realcon Llp is right in the heart of Jaipur, over in C-Scheme. We are located at 20, Sangram Colony, with the zip code 302001. C-Scheme is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise around our office. We work on real estate and construction projects. It’s a competitive area, but we just focus on what’s in front of us. Our office in Sangram Colony is where we do all the planning and meet with clients. It’s a simple space. We aren't into big corporate displays. Most of our day is spent balancing different tasks, like checking on site progress or sorting out legal papers for property transfers. Jaipur is growing so fast, especially around C-Scheme, so things change quickly. We have to stay on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up at the local offices, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We are just a group of people working together to get these projects finished. We don’t promise things we can’t do. We just tell people what the situation is with their land or building. Being local helps because we know the shortcuts and the right people to call when something goes wrong. We like being in Sangram Colony; it’s a good base for what we do. It keeps us right where the action is every single day of the week.
