You can find us at P. No. 54-A in Vrindavan Vihar, which is part of the Mansarover area. Mansarover is a massive neighborhood, but our little corner is relatively calm. Ezecon Build Projects Private Limited is run from here. It’s a regular house turned into a workspace, so it feels very lived-in. We have samples of tiles and bricks piled up in the corner. Most of the time, our boots are muddy because we’re coming back from a site. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a leather sofa for guests. Usually, you just walk in and find someone looking at a laptop or talking to a contractor. Building stuff is a messy business. There are always delays with the weather or the supply chain, but we just roll with it. We’ve been working on various projects around this side of town. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes over the years. We’re just a small part of that. We focus on getting the structures solid. It’s honest work. Sometimes we stay late when a big pour is happening. Other days it’s just quiet paperwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish what we started at the quality we expect from ourselves. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We like being based here in Mansarover where there's always something happening around us.
