Exemplar Jewels Private Limited operates out of 7.D.D.M House. We are in D Block, which is quite close to the Income Tax Colony on Tonk Road. Durgapura is a good spot in Jaipur because it’s easy for people to reach. Our office isn't anything too flashy. We have a few rooms where we keep the jewelry and the paperwork. It’s mostly just desks and chairs and the tools we use for checking the stones. Being near the Income Tax Colony means the area is pretty well-known. We have been here for a bit and have gotten to know the other people working in the building. It’s a professional enough environment but we don’t act like a big corporation. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs. The traffic on Tonk Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get here early. We spend our day looking at designs and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the tea is cold by the time we get to drink it because we get busy with a piece. We don't spend money on big ads. We just hope the work we do is enough for people to tell their friends. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us. We are usually here Monday through Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a shipment is arriving or if we need to double check a batch of stones.
