We are located on the 3rd floor of Baid House. That’s at Number 1, Tara Nagar, right off Ajmer Road in Jaipur. It’s a good spot, though climbing up to the third floor can be a bit of a workout if you aren’t used to it. Everstar Land Developers is mostly about looking at maps and dealing with government paperwork for land. Our office has a lot of shelves filled with folders and big rolls of site plans. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The Tara Nagar area is a bit quieter than the main Ajmer Road, which is nice when we need to focus on something complicated. We aren't the kind of company that has a big polished lobby with a receptionist. It’s just an office where real work happens. Most of us have been working in land development for years, so we’ve seen how much Jaipur has changed. We spend our days talking to landowners and checking out different plots around the 302006 area and beyond. It’s a lot of driving back and forth between the office and the field. We don't really have a sales team. If someone is interested in land, they usually just come by or call us based on a recommendation from a friend. We keep it honest and don't try to sugarcoat the process.
