Eminent Colonizers Pvt Ltd is located over at Jaipur G P O R1. It is a busy area, and there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside our windows. We have been working out of this spot for some time, dealing with land and property stuff that comes through the door. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, old files, and a few chairs for when people drop in to talk. We spend a lot of our day looking at maps or filling out forms that the government requires. Jaipur can get really dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables. It feels like there is never enough time in the day to get through all the paperwork. We aren't a big corporate chain with a lot of polished talk. We are just a group of people who know the local area and try to figure out where things should be built. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly it is just steady work from morning until the evening. We have seen the city change a lot from our spot near the GPO. Dealing with land is complicated and can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we just take it one day at a time and try to be honest with the folks who walk in.
