Elegant Buildhome Llp is tucked away at D 29 in the Ashiana Apartment complex on Shanti Path. It's a quiet enough street in Tilak Nagar here in Jaipur. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small team of us working out of this apartment office. Usually, the desk is covered in papers and coffee mugs. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on how things are progressing across town. Tilak Nagar is a nice place to be based, very central and easy for people to find us. We don't spend a lot of money on big signs or flashy stuff. We’d rather just get the houses built right. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery getting lost or a wall not being quite right, but we fix it and move on. That's just how the building trade is. It's a lot of back and forth, making sure everyone is on the same page. We've lived in Rajasthan most of our lives, so we know how the local scene works. People stop by for a chat more often than for a formal meeting. It feels more like a neighborhood business that way. We just keep plugging away at our projects, one brick at a time, trying to keep things straightforward and honest for everyone involved. It gets stressful when deadlines loom, but we always manage to figure it out together. There's usually someone around to offer a bit of advice or a hand when things get tricky. It is just everyday work.
