Easy My Holidays

Our office is up on the second floor of Shyam Tower here in Bagaru. It’s a decent climb up the stairs if the lift is acting up again, which happens more than we’d like. Being in a building like Shyam Tower means there is always someone coming or going, so it never gets too quiet around Easy My Holidays. We spend most of our hours staring at screens and talking to people about where they want to go for their breaks. It’s not all sunshine and beaches for us though, mostly it’s just sorting out bookings and trying to find the right prices. We started this place because we liked the idea of helping neighbors see more of the country. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished script. If you come by, you’ll probably see a couple of us with tea mugs at our desks, surrounded by printed itineraries and some old maps. The 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from the computer. We take things as they come and try to keep the paperwork organized. It’s a small team and we know each other's habits well. We just focus on making sure the tickets are right and the dates align. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living without making things more complicated than they need to be for anyone involved. We stay busy with the phones and the emails all day.
