Dovent Event

We are located at F 75 on Ajmer Road, which is a pretty central spot for getting around. At Dovent Event, we don't have a big stage or a fancy display in our office. It’s mostly just a place where we keep our files, some sample books, and a lot of notebooks filled with lists. Planning things can get pretty messy, and our desks usually show that. There are always phone calls to make to different vendors and people who provide the food or the music. We spend a lot of time driving back and forth from this office on Ajmer Road to different venues across the city. The work involves a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't really see. Sometimes we are here late at night trying to finalize a layout or checking the weather for an outdoor setup. It isn't always smooth sailing, and there are often last-minute changes that we have to deal with. Our space at F 75 is where the thinking and the organizing happens before any of the actual event work starts. It’s a practical environment. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. We just focus on the details of whatever project is currently on the table. The traffic on Ajmer Road can be a pain, but it’s a good base for us to load our gear and head out to whichever part of the city needs us. It is just about getting the job done.
