DIVINE BUILDHOME LLP has its office at 701A in the Pearl Passion building, located at B-78 Rajendra Marg in Bapu Nagar, Jaipur. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, which is a nice change from the dust of the construction sites. Bapu Nagar is a well-known area, and it is a central spot for us to manage our different projects from. Our office isn't just for show; it is where the real work of planning and budgeting happens. We spend hours looking at blueprints and talking to architects and engineers about the details. Then we head down to the sites to see if the reality matches the drawings, which it does not always do. We deal with a lot of different people, from government officials to the guys mixing the cement. It is a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We do not have a polished corporate image because that is not who we are. We are just people who know how buildings go together. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow or the traffic on Rajendra Marg is a nightmare, but we just deal with it. Our focus is on the day-to-day tasks that keep a project moving forward. It is about making sure the materials are quality and the workers are safe. That is pretty much the whole story for us.
