Our shop is located at 200 Chandpole Bazar, specifically down Nataniyon Ka Rasta near Jain Bhawan. If you have ever been to the old market area, you know how packed and lively it is. We have been operating out of this spot for a long time. It is an old building, like most things in this part of town, with high ceilings and narrow doorways. We sell all kinds of hardware, so the place is usually overflowing with bins of screws, hinges, and tools. It is a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where every little item is kept. The street outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and cows, which makes for a lot of noise. We don't have a modern store layout or bright lights. It is more of a traditional shop where things are stacked up to the ceiling. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for decades. We spend our time weighing out parts or helping people find the right size for a repair. Sometimes it gets so busy we can barely move, but that is just life in Chandpole Bazar. We aren't trying to be a big chain; we just like being the local hardware spot. The Jain Bhawan is a good landmark if you get lost in the narrow lanes. It is a dusty, busy, and honest way to make a living for our family.
