Our office for Devshree Colonizers Pvt Ltd is on the 5th floor of Diamond Tower. It’s at 504 Ajmer Road, right near the old Purani Chungi area. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic moving along Ajmer Road. It’s a busy part of town, and there’s always a lot of noise from the cars and bikes below. We spend our time looking at land documents and talking to people who want to buy plots. The office has a few cabins and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't really bother with fancy decorations because we are usually too busy with paperwork. Sometimes the elevator in Diamond Tower takes a while, so we end up chatting with the other folks who work in the building. It’s a regular professional space, but it feels a bit more relaxed than those big corporate hubs. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that's where most of our planning happens. We've been working in the real estate line around Jaipur for a while, so we know the roads and colonies pretty well. People come in with a lot of questions about where to move, and we just sit down and show them what’s available on the maps we have pinned to the walls.
