DEVDASHRATH BUILDWELL LLP is based out of Flat 117 at Maa Karni Kripa Homes in Vaishali Nagar. Being in an apartment complex makes the office feel a bit more like home than a corporate space, which we actually prefer. Jaipur is a busy place, and Vaishali Nagar is always buzzing with people and new buildings going up. We spend most of our mornings looking over plans and then we head out to the sites to see how the masonry or the plumbing is coming along. It is a lot of coordination with different guys, and honestly, things do not always go according to plan. You have to deal with the heat here, which gets pretty brutal in the middle of the year, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. Our desk is usually covered in site maps and receipts that we need to sort through. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the people who work with us are regulars who know how we operate. Sometimes it is stressful when materials get delayed on the road, but that is just how it goes in this business. We like the neighborhood here at Plot GH-5 and it is a good spot for us to keep things organized. It is just a regular local business trying to do honest work every day.
