Delana Construction LLP

Delana Construction LLP operates out of Plot B 49 in the Ashadeep Kings Court area over in Jagatpura. It is a busy part of Jaipur, especially around Village Jeerota where things are moving fast lately. Most days here start early with a lot of tea and phone calls to see where the trucks are. We spend a good chunk of our time driving between the office and different sites, making sure things are actually happening the way they are supposed to. Sometimes the dust in Jaipur is just too much, but that is part of the work when you are building things. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the paperwork straight and meet with people when we have to. We have been around this area for a bit now, and you get used to the noise of the city and the heat during those long summer months. It is mostly just us trying to keep projects on track without too many headaches. Some days the labor does not show up or the weather messes with the schedule, so we just figure it out as we go. It is not a glamorous life, but seeing a structure actually go up makes the long hours worth it. We deal with all sorts of local vendors and try to keep things simple. If you stop by Ashadeep Kings Court, you will probably see our vehicles parked out front. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we would rather be out where the actual work is happening.
