Deepak Ambuwani Buildcom Private Limited is located at Flat No. S-3, Plot No. 2, Krishna Sagar, in the Dholai area of Mansarovar, Jaipur. Working out of a flat gives the place a different feel than a glass office building. It’s more relaxed, I guess. Mansarovar is a huge residential area, and being in Krishna Sagar means we are right in the middle of where people actually live. Sometimes the stairs get crowded or the lift is slow, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of our time looking at project files and talking to vendors on the phone. The Rajasthan heat can be tough in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The address is a bit long to write out every time, but people usually find us okay once they get to Dholai. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows us by now. We handle a lot of the buildcom side of things from this small office. It gets cramped with all the files and samples, but we make it work. It’s not about having a polished showroom. It’s about getting the actual building work managed properly. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay ahead of the schedule as much as possible. It is a practical way to run a business in Jaipur.
