Dasun Developers & Consultants

Our office for Dasun Developers & Consultants is located at 48 Gopal Bari, on Lane No 2. It’s on the first floor, which keeps us away from some of the street noise, though you can still hear the bikes going by. Gopal Bari is a busy little area, and we’ve been here for some time now. We do a mix of things, from helping people plan out their buildings to giving advice on local property matters. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the local area well. We don’t have those big receptionists or coffee machines. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over some maps or talking on the phone with a contractor. We try to keep things grounded. Consulting sounds like a big word, but mostly we just tell people what is possible and what isn't when it comes to their land. It’s easy to get confused with all the local rules, so we try to explain things in plain English. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some new buildings went up, and some old ones are still there. We just work with whatever comes our way, helping people figure out their next step in property. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. No need for anything too flashy when you’re just doing your job every day. We just stay here and help out whoever walks through the door.
