Darzical Tailoring Services Private Limited is set up at Plot No. 34 in New Ahbab Colony, over in Mahesh Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which we like because it’s not as frantic as the commercial hubs. We’ve got sewing machines running most of the time, and that steady hum is the background music to our days. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside with all the rolls of fabric and half-finished garments hanging around. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will probably look up from a sewing machine to say hello. The colony is a nice place, mostly families and small shops. We’ve gotten to know the people on our street pretty well over the years. Some days we are buried in work, and the tables are covered in thread and scraps of cloth. We don't worry about being perfectly tidy because that’s not how tailoring works. It’s a hands-on job, and we’ve got the callouses to prove it. We just focus on getting the stitches right and making sure the fit is okay. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish, but that’s just part of the deal. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it here in Mahesh Nagar. There’s no big secret to what we do, just time and patience. It gets a bit chaotic, but we manage.
