Darpan Travels

We are right here at 3 Nirman Nagar near the Gautam Marg Chouraha. If you know the Kings Road area, it is easy to find us. Mostly we spend our days answering phones and looking at bus and train schedules on the computer. It gets busy in the mornings when people are trying to plan their trips last minute. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't very large but it has enough chairs for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes the traffic outside at the chouraha gets really loud and it makes it hard to hear, but that is just how it is around here. We handle a lot of paperwork every day. Tickets, bookings, and checking dates over and over to make sure nothing is wrong. It is a lot of looking at screens. People come in asking about different cities and how to get there the cheapest way. We try to keep track of all the changes in the routes. Some days are slower than others. On quiet afternoons, we just sit and drink tea and wait for the phone to ring. It’s a simple business. We don’t have fancy stuff here, just the desks and the files and a map on the wall that is getting a bit old now. It’s what we do. It's nothing fancy, just a local travel spot where we try to get the details right for everyone who walks through the door.
